Fine example of multi-technique hand work in beautiful ecru fine linen. This topper or centerpiece has a square center medallion hand embroidered with light taupe threads and showcases openwork, satin stitch motifs, drawn thread and long-stitch hemstitch accents. The piece is hand hemstitched on the edges then hand hemmed. There are 2 spote about the size of the head of a pin. My experience with many of these tablecloths is that with several washings, these minor spots usually come out.
